Two days after, the hotel successfully held a fitting launch for its newest loyalty membership program which aims to give enticing rewards and privileges to those who wish to sign up as members. The membership program has two tiers – Club Phoenix and Club Phoenix Affinity.
The paperless membership utilizes a virtual card which can be viewed through the cardholder’s smartphones for their convenience according to Juan Miguel Barrera, Club Phoenix’s Program Manager.

Chinese-Preferred Deluxe Hotel
It was also during this time that CTrip’s Market Manager, Jerome dela Cruz awarded the hotel as a Chinese-preferred deluxe hotel, one of the first hotels to be awarded this category. The hotel’s Director of Sales and Marketing, Christine Urbanozo-Ibarreta, received the certification along with Madz Rono (Senior Sales Manager) and Rays Taganas (Reservations and Revenue Supervisor).
